A leader is someone who is in charge of leading and directing others in a given field. Professor Warren G. Bennis stated that leaders are people who do right things, while managers are people who do right. Leaders are those who work with their sub-coordinates to reach a common goal. They are able to motivate their deputy to be the best they can be and bring out the best in them. Abraham Lincoln is one the most influential leaders. He was born in Hodgenville (Kentucky) on the 12th of February 1809. He is an Illinois lawyer who has been self-educated. Abraham Lincoln is a trait leader because he possesses traits such as intelligence and self-education (intelligence). He was also a social personality, being friendly with all people and social. The reason he was chosen to be this paper’s leader is that he has been known for being honest and a true believer in democracy. Lincoln founded the union and sought to unify all countries. It was about saving and maintaining the United States, as well as making sure the American Political experiment in democrats did not end. He said that no state was allowed to undermine the authority of the nation or change the basic concept of majority rule. A government cannot be broken up by a minority. The United States and its democratic progress were believed to be an example to all of the world. But what if America fails? Lincoln claimed that the United States would be able to show the incapability to govern itself. Lincoln was referring primarily to the United States, which was the largest democracy on the Earth. Women and African Americans couldn’t vote, nor could they hold elected office. Although it was small, it was more widespread than in other areas of the nation. Americans considered this a major American achievement. Democracy was built on fair and free elections. Losing an election is the beginning of your independence. The United States of America would then be insolvent. It would indicate that American democracy cannot be sustained in real-life history. “If the United States fails it will be a clear indication of its inability to govern itself.” Abraham Lincoln was well known for being sociable, communicating with people, accepting criticisms and seeking out advice. His courage was not the only thing that made him famous. He was an excellent motivator, was honest and capable of taking on the responsibility and leading people. Lincoln’s best leadership trait was his ability to communicate well, which made him a great leader. He was a communicative individual. He could communicate effectively with people by using stories to convey his message. A leader must demonstrate a strong communication skills and be able to communicate clearly to get people to trust him. Abraham was honest, knew how to handle the situation and was open with his people. Lincoln was a man who did what was best for his situation and it paid off. He was very responsible. He accepted his mistakes and worked towards making them right. He accepted all his deputy’s mistakes and shared each achievement with him without being too proud. He made sure to give credit and praise his deputy for their work, so they would not be discouraged. Lincoln was a good leader. He listened to his deputy and made amends for his mistakes. He was a democratic leader. He was honest in all situations, and did the right thing. He was a good leader. His deputy took part in decision making. They were motivated to do what they did and felt more efficient. Lincoln’s democratic leadership style was a success because he was a motivator and believed in others. Lincoln was open to other views and included the strategies and ideas of his deputy in decisions. He brought about freedom by his leadership and the end of slavery. A leader has a lot to do. It is therefore very important to follow the Democratic leadership.

This leadership style ensures that everyone is involved in the work, and all members are consulted about the decisions. They trust their leader more when they are included in everything. Each member will work more efficiently and be motivated to join a group if they are given credit for their efforts and are recognized for them.
